Willow Grove Therapy Group (WGTG) has been a thriving group practice for the past seven years with a strong community reputation and we're excited to be adding to our team! Willow Grove is housed in a newly-renovated office in Johnston at 9105 Northpark Drive, conveniently located within easy access of interstate 80/35.
Willow Grove offers a warm, genuine, and supportive environment. We are a collaborative group that values consultation - we offer bi-monthly group consultations and welcome individual consultation whenever questions arise. We value diversity in all areas, including personal background and experiences, educational training, and theoretical approach. Our current therapists include psychologists, mental health counselors, a social worker, and a marriage and family therapist. Providers are trained in couples therapy, assessment, EMDR, sand tray therapy, CBT, biofeedback, ERP, and a variety of other modalities and are happy to bring these skill sets to consultation.
To allow therapists to focus on their clinical work rather than the administrative components of practice, Willow Grove provides administrative support including scheduling and billing. We deal with insurance companies so you don’t have to! We utilize a fantastic user-friendly EHR that therapists find easy to learn. We also provide access to a health-practice-focused phone system that is fully HIPPA compliant and allows for phone calls, text messaging, fax, and internal messaging with other team members and support staff. IT support is available and credentialling is provided. We also offer formal on-boarding training to help therapists hit the ground running, and check-in regularly to make sure therapists feel supported.
The office includes a well appointed private waiting room with a check-in light system so that clients can notify their therapist when they have arrived for their appointment. There is a full kitchenette, a private staff restroom, and a large room dedicated to consultation, eating lunch together, or offering group therapy or small trainings. There is ample parking and the office is handicap accessible.
Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LISW, LP)
Willow Grove Therapy Group is excited to welcome a fully licensed therapist from any training model (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, LP). Our group would be a great fit for therapists looking to strike a balance between autonomy and the benefits of a collaborative group practice. Therapists will be independent contractors with WGTG and we offer a competitive wage split. You would have the freedom to make your own schedule, flexibility regarding which insurances you credential with, autonomy about which clients and issues you work with, and independence regarding what therapy approaches you utilize. Referrals are available for individual therapy, couples and family therapy, child therapy, and psychological testing. Providers offering psychological assessment would have access to a broad range of psychological testing materials as well as collaborative consultation and/or training.

Temporary Licensed Mental Health Therapist (t-LMHC, t-LMFT, LMSW)
Willow Grove Therapy Group is excited to welcome a temporary licensed therapist from any training model (LMHC, LISW, LMFT). Our group would be a great fit for trainee therapists looking for a balance of autonomy and support. Therapists will be independent contractors with WGTG and we offer a competitive wage split. You would have freedom to make your own schedule, flexibility with which insurances you credential with, autonomy about which clients and issues you work with, and independence regarding what therapy approaches you utilize. Referrals are available for individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and child therapy. Training and supervision are highly valued at Willow Grove and available supervisors have a variety of experiences with client populations and intervention strategies. We really do love supporting trainees to develop confidence in their own identity as therapists. Supervision would include participation in structured, weekly supervision to meet all training requirements and trainees would have access to consultation outside of these meetings as well.

Post-Doc Psychologist (temp licensed)
Willow Grove Therapy Group is seeking to expand with a post-doc/temp licensed psychologist. Start date is flexible. Our group would be a great fit for a psychologist looking to strike a balance between autonomy and the benefits of a collaborative group practice. All therapists will be independent contractors with WGTG and we offer a competitive wage split. You would have the freedom to make your own schedule, flexibility with which insurances you credential with, autonomy about which clients and issues you work with, and independence regarding what therapy approaches you utilize. Referrals are available for individual therapy, couples and family therapy, child therapy, and psychological testing. Providers offering psychological assessment would have access to a broad range of psychological testing materials as well as collaborative consultation and/or training. Training and supervision are highly valued at Willow Grove and available supervisors have a variety of experiences with providing supervision for individual therapy and for assessment. We really do love supporting trainees to develop confidence in their own identity as psychologists. Post-doc psychologists would participate in structured, weekly supervision to meet all training requirements and would have access to consultation outside of these meetings. Collaboration in training with other post-doc psychologists may also be an option.
